Hey guys! I had to make a training log for the sexy beast! Well, I bought him June 26th, and so far, it's all going well! Vaquero is a 5 year old Quarter Horse Buckskin. He's 15.2 hh! He can be a REAL jerk sometimes, and trys to bite your head off, but I find where getting better and better each day, hehehe, he dosen't try to kill me anymore, just other people, lol, he hates my best friend  ! My coach Tanya was picking on me today, and put me in a headlock, and Vaquero ran at her and tried to bite her, lol, I have a protecter!! He's not a big fan of grooming, but where getting a lot better, it's just that before the owner didn't have a lot of time to spend with him, but now me being his new owner, i see him almost every day, and if not everyday, then deffinitly every second! I love him to death, I'll post pictures ASAP! Well guys, this is my new baby!!  Everyone come and visit !! Danielle and Vaquero |

Yes, you're all welcomed to come out and see the baby ! We LOVE visitors!! Yah, i think he was the best choice ever, he's my baby boy!! I love him to death!! Where going to start actual riding now that the show is over, before it was just littl fun rides, hehehe, watch out Vaquero, the work is about to start !! awww, thanks guys! We rode the other day, and he was great! We where a bit racey in the beginning, but I started to sing my reining song, SMOOTH CRIMINAL at the top of my lungs, lol, and then he just started to like calm down and just go pleasurably!! The only thingi s though that he's a bit stiff, so where doing a lot of circles to fix that up. Tomorrow I'm going to give him a bath, he's a rotten little boy, lol! My birthday is in 4 days Hehe, so I'm spending the whole day with my birthday present!! WEll I got to go, I'll update you guys on more later!! Ttyl! Danielle and Vaquero! |

I went to One Rider today and bought so much stuff it wasn't fit, hehehe!! So Vaquero is set for at least a year supplies of stuff, lol!! I'm such a mom I spoil him way to much!! I just can't help it, he's just such a babe!! Well we've been doing pretty good, except for a little outburst we had in the field the other day, and we got a bit cranky and accidently kicked auntie Jessica!! Vaquero apologizes, and says he's sorry auntie Jess!! Hehehe, I don't think he likes her that much :S !! Woops...! But he's not the biggest fan of people around him, he dosen't have the best attitude, but don't worry, lol, i'll make him all lovey duvey!! Well I can't wait for you all to come to our show on August 5th! You can all meet the babe!! Well I'll talk to you all later, and I'll keep you all posted!! Danielle and Vaquero!! |

WOW!!! I'm in love !!! Vaquero was GREAT today!! Where finally getting used to eachother, and working as a team!! I can't express how proud I am of both of us!! He's such a doll!! We where working on a lot of pleasure today, and transitions, and a bit of reining, he was great in all of it, except in the begining we where a tad bit racy! But nah, that's nothing!! We finally calmed down, and after we had a nice treat of a bareback ride with our bestest friends Sundane and Renea!! Hehehe, he's so comfy!! Well this is our progress, we're really comming along well, I think he's starting to understand that I'm the boss, but it wont all happen over night. I love him!! hehehe!! Danielle and Vaquero |

Emily, Robyn and Myself went to visit Vaquero and Danielle today and we all rode him!  He was excellent, except for the fact that I cant ride western to save my life! hahahah. Danielle im in love with your horse. He is beautiful! Thanks for letting me ride! |

Aaawww!! Thanks Michelle and Robynn, Vaquero said he loves you guys and emily too!! He enjoyed all the rides and attention!! I'm comming up to King Ranch hopefully Sunday to see your babys!! Thanks a lot for coming up, we love visitors!! I can't wait to see you and Mell Krys!! I wont be there tomorrow, stupid work, but Vaquero will be!! Any more visitors are welcome, hehehe, but you'll have to win over the spots of his new favorite people, because Emily Michelle and Robynn are in the lead !!
