Three weeks ago was my last ride. We did some w/j in the arena then headed out for a trail ride with sarah and Rudy. She was a super star. One of those big mean loooking, loud poop distributing trucks drove past and she started dancing, we backed into the driveway we were infront of, stopped and watched it go by with scratches and "Easy giiiirl"s. Once it was passed we continued on behind it.

We got to southern and I thought she looked a bit off but it was just my imagination. Sarah tacked rudy up and off we headed to the outdoor. Sarah warmed up w/t and Prancer and I jumped a little cross rail(Sarah said, "Can she jumped" and I laughed, pointed her inthe direction and away we go.) She was like "WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWEEEEEEEEEEHOOOOO". I mean very little. The smallest they go, haha. Anyway she cantered out of it and we headed on out of the arena to give Shannyn and Sarah their space and watch while we waited for rudy.

Then we went up into the feild(we walked around chochrane pond road). There was lots of sarah losing rudy and prancer and I penning him, hahaha.

Once we got in the field Prancer and I went for a little run but it was squishy and slippery. Rudy and sarah trotted past Prancer flipped out and started bucking until I let her go. I was yelling"SARAH STOOOOOOOOP". You do not try to go faster than a former race horse when passing in a big feild, hahaha. I set her up to jump a log in the top part of the feild and she loved it. Anyway it was a blast and a half(all this was in our purple western).

Riding tomorow .

Kayla and I are hoping to do some bareback with her maybe with kay's bitless.

Then later she'll be decked out in pink!!! Emily C. is coming out to give us a "lesson"!!

I got a loose ring now so i'm quitep leased with that!

I had sooooooo much fun that day! Hahah, i remember when Prancer flipped out and you were yelling at me to stop and Rudy wouldn't. Fun times!

okay so today me and Kayla got to the barn at about 10 and groomed my pony. I got alot of her coat out. She was shedding like crazy.

We brought her up into the field where nugget is tied and grazed for a bit. Well she grazed, Kayla and I sat on her saddle blanket and watched her.

Then we brought her down and free lunged her. Then we hung out with her for a bit and we both hopped on bareback and farted around on her.

Tried her saddle on her, it fits, it's a lil bit wide but it needs to be broken in aswell.

Then I went to the doctor and onerider. When we got back I tacked her up with her new pimple grip and 3 inch neoprene saddlepad(and her new neoprene cinch, can you believe I got a 28 on that fatty?!)! Racheal ordered some glitter pink bell booties for me because her medium ones are too big and make her clumsy.

Anyway we walked around working on turning with seat long and low etc. Today she decided she wasnt going to rein back and acted like she had no idea what I was asking.

Emily was supposed to come out but I couldn't get ahold of her first nor last.

Kayla hopped on and I love them together! Prancer might be a bit too big for her shhh. Hahaha ♥ You're ma fav. homie. Prancer was actually carrying herself really nicely, back beautifully rounded, head low. They look awesome together.

Talked to gail and I'm hoping to get Joon into Dixie ASAP. Just gottah convince mom. I got fired tonight so now I might not be able to dish for it.


But now that I have no job I'll be able to see Prancer more this week hahahaha.

Woo! Trail ride today, lots of firsts for us.


First long trail ride accompanied by other horses.
First -real- ride since owning her.
First time galloping on a trail ride with other.
First time walking through a river!
First time she ever sweat HAHA.


Must say she was amazing.


We left dixie and walked up about 10:15 and we headed up the road.
When we arrived we got lots of "OH MY GOD A PINK SADDLE". Haha.

Youie, Prancer and uuum, sorry I can't remember the other horse's name for the life of me led the way up choccrane pond road. (was it a Clyde cross?).

Prancer would weave around and try to find a way through until she was in front haha.

Whenever someone else started trotting that was it she just HAD too. So I'd cue her and bring her back and cue her again just so she knows she can't take off just because someone else is trotting).

If she could avoid stepping in mud, she would, if she could avoid stepping on rocks, she would, if she could avoid water she would.

"Mom it's for drinking not walking through, duh".

Haha we splashed through dixie river and she got all excited. I got mud flicked all over my back(how I have NO idea). On the trail we encoutnered abotu five logs on the ground piled up, it was about 1 foot high if that. All the other horses climbed over it, but I was afraid prancer would hurt herslef, so we waited for everyone else to get past t and be off a ways then I asked for a trot and before I knew it I was being bounced out of my saddle(even though I was in my two point) she over jumped it by so much, haha. She loved it though .

In the pat ha little ways myself and the other lady needed to pee so she went into a field with her horse and found a suitable place. Then I handed Prancer over, and she was like "WAHT OMG MOM, MOM WHERE ARE YOU OMG THE OTHER HORSES AREPASSING OMG OMG" and the lady said prancer made a little rear at her and kept biting at her horse. tut tut tut. She told me I had a handful! Haha. I hopped back on and prance rwas psyched out that the other horses were so far ahead of her and was trying to just go go og and catch up. While I waited for the other lady to find something to mount from we circled until she calmed down and then she got stretchy treats.

She takes them ever so daintily, she could never mis-mouthe and bite your fingers after all(I'm sure I should thank kelly for that! haha).


Then sara tried to ditch us and head back. I wasn't having it, she tried to trot away but HAH, rudy vs prancer . Anyway I caught her and we got her calmed down and she came back happily. After all it was HER trailride! She had to finish it!

We stopped for a munch and Prancer and I drank an apple juice box each. Well some of hers got poured onthe ground cause she didn't want it all.

Me an sarah sat and chilled until I made her go take her pony from her poor dad, haha.

Then we saddled up again and as julie sings"we're on the road agaaaaain".

We rode up farmers road and this is where the fun happened.

The lady who was riding sandy(the big belgian that is tied out on ruby line across from the vegetable stand) went for a little canter then gallop. Which turned into prancer pacing to catch up, so I brought her back, half halted and asked for a trot, then a canter depart and off we gooooooooooooo. Galloping flat out up the road(dirt rroad) until she zoomed past sandy.

"CANT BEAT A STANDARDBREEEEEEEED"


Hahaha.

we got way too ahead of the other so we stopped and sandy grazed. Prancer watched while everyone else peaked overthe hill. Sarah was the first to catch up. Then we all road up hill to southern, with galloping along the way, and prancer spooking at one quad and completely ignoring another.... Haha


It was a blasty blast!!!

Haha, wow I can't believe this is still the biggest thread in this section. People luffs meh poneh xD.

I hope to get back into riding when I start school again. I just have a major problem with following through with things I want to do. I'm a pretty lazy and nonchalant person.

Haha, Em she was just crooked with lack of exercise/space to play. She's much better to ride now, at least she was last time I rode her months ago . Come out soon for another ride?
