soo.
yesterday i jumped on teezer's back and road her bareback for a nice trail ride! i walked her on rocks/ grass/ etc every terrian you can think of to see if i feel any limping or lameness at all !! and THERE WAS NONE YAY!! so i'm going to put her back into light training again! and hopefully all goes well!!

ok..so
yesterday i got my new boots back from the shoemaker who put zippers in my boots bc my feet are to big and my legs to fat for slip on's ahah but they fit perfectly with zippers!! so i decided last night that i'd test them out when i rode teezer and they were nice and comfy

now to teezer, went out to the feild and not unusal, that i finds a mudd clump for a horse!! lol she was rotten took me about an hour to groom!! grrr... i hopped on her back and warmed her up with circles big small , figure 8's etc.
i worked alot on head control, worked on getting her bum underneath her and her forward motion , she tends to like going slow like westerner !
I first worked on transition, walk/lope lope/whoa lope/walk trot/lope trot/whoa ETC!!
then i worked on some speed changes ( for control) i donno if ppl do this in english but i know they do in western .
then i worked on some figure eights loping with simple changes and trottting with simple changes just to inhance her respones!!
then i noticed she was getting tired so i ended on a good note and cooled her out.
she was a dolll, she's now also losing wieght YAY my porker is now downsizing to looking normal lol... and her muscles on her hind and front seem to be developing well

sunday was another lesson with sasha
justine showed up about an hour before and we both saddled my pony's and set off on our way to crs .
during the lesson we worked on posting trots getting the correct diganols!
we worked on transitions !
but mostly we worked on lengthening the trot and collecting it
lengthening the canter and collecting it!
this was very difficult for me because teezer was like collected canter you gotta be nuts i'd rather trot! but eventually she slowly caught on!! some girl she is!
we then worked on cantering poles we were suposed to lengthen or shorten in between but teezer decided wow they look like jumps (sighs) she has been trot over poles and does it fine but cantering no sir she say's their jumps haha she eventually got it though!!
so after the lesson me and justine slowly walked our tired horses home
i have a jumping lesson on sunday so pumped i wonder what teezer will be like :S hmmmmm

on sunday i had another lesson with sasha
this is what we did..
Alot of work on the trot, collecting, diagonals, etc.
we worked on surpintines (sp?) at the trot ( we did three loope )
we had a small course of 4 jumps set up and sasha made it a long route and we had to do it while travelling in two point the whole time ( jumps were down)
then we travelled over then at lope or trot (jumps down) and made our horses stay in straight line, keeping eyes up, etc..
then WE JUMPED teezer did good , bit stuborn at times but in the end we came up with a clear round so proud of my doll!

i rode teezer yesterday
first i worked on the ground teaching her turn on forehand and haunches and sidepassing and she was doing well except shes a hater for her left way on turn on haunches GR LOl but she'll come around and that was only on the ground.
then i jumped on her back and we..
worked on turn on haunches and side pass and forehand just to show her what she did on ground can be done while i'm on her back and she did nice turn on forehands and sidepasses and turn on the haunches to the right but to the left lol she was reluctent but i managed to get three steps then stoped on that note!!
then i worked on transistions whoa/trot whoa/canter and walk/trot walk/canter etc...
then we worked on some backing !! then
i coooled her out gave her a treat and groomed her then watched her roll the nice grooming away lol dirt bags they are ....

so today i didn't ride her bc my knee is sore again and i needs to use alot of leg on her
so i took breeze in my jumping lesson instead! he was really good
we worked on transitions, all kinds
we worked with no stirrups
we worked on diagonals
and then we worked on timing, and then on flyings over the fences!!
it was quit fun and warm

today our lesson was cancelled due to crappy weather!
it was only windy but the sun was nice so me and mom decided to take out teezer n mav
and expose them to scary wind and scary blowing objects . we
had an awsome ride .. turns out our horses couldn't be bothered by shingles flying off ppls houses, flapping tarps, flapping everything lol they were completely amazing !1
it was an awsome ride !
did loads of loping and trotting and just simple fun stuff .. mostly fooled around gave
the ponies a break

but yesterday i rode teezer
we did transistions ( everyone you can say lol)
working from the hind end
lengthening/working/and collected trot and canter
and we popped over a 1 footer a few times
it was great she listened weell
she also worked up a sweat so i cooled her good
cuddled her blanketed her
kept her in the barn that night due to the forecasting weather
and gave her a good night treat and kissed her good night

okey so sat
i only lunged her with side reins on 15 min each side 5 min trot 5 min lope 3 min trot
and 2 min walk before switching, basically i'm tryin to keep her fit
and supple and working some off the hind, she was a sweaty pig when i was finished
so i walked her for ever, groomed her put blanket on and let her out, she rolled and rolled and rolled lol ( blankets was ROTTEN LOL)

and sun and mon i could only groom and supply tlc, snowing and gross outside

okey so poor teezer hasn't been rode for a bit bc she's a total dirt bag and when ever
i wants to go for a ride it has to be a quit ready to go ride, sooo she's out of the question and i only gets to groom when i return !/!! gurrr!! haha but hopefully school will slow down soon
and i'll have more time!!
but on sunday i had a lesson... took breeze to try out twisted wire snaffle bit
IT WORKED LOVELY !!
we just warmed our horses up good
then WE JUMPED
first we just did two then added another where we had to do flyings over
breeze did it every time
then we added to more and made a course of it!!
it was really fun
