Ashlyn - not all my lessons, but quite a few of them in the past little while

Yesterday i Rode, I rode Dante. We warmed up with some walk halt transitions and some trot. We worked on going over polls and not hitting his feet at a trot, then we did some side passes, and we couldnt do much more than because according to angela the arena was "greasy" lol . After that i brought him in took off my polos and rubbed his legs then i put him to bed He was a good boy!

In my lesson today i rode Shirley's horse Lily! She was awesome ! First we started with walk large then we bet down a 20 meter circle at e and worked on forward energy and such. After that we went out large and we went for a trot and worked on tracking up, then we did posting after every 10 strides, sitting for 10 strides and 2point for 10 strides, we did that about 5 times then we took a little break. When the break was over we went on the right rein and troted large then we canterd up one side of the arena that wasnt slippery about 4 times then swiched diagonals and did it on that rein. When that was done we cooled out for a bit then the school ponies broke out and i had to put them all back in their paddock and then i cooled her out the rest by hand. we went inside after that and i took off her polos and brushed her, put on her blankie and put her out in her paddock, She was such a good girl for me, i was so happy, i gave her a big hug and pat then i left for the day

I rode Lily in my lesson again today So we warmed up with w/t transitions, she was realy hyper and wasnt realy paying attention to me, so i did a few half halts and then she was perfect. After that we did some sitting trot then we crossed our sturrips and did some balance work. When we were finished that, we troted large and then we did some canter in both directions, at first our transitions werent the best, but by the end they were gorgeuse! After we did that in both directions we cooled our for a few minutes then i hoped down a cooled her out by hand, since we had to go in the big arena ( wich was a sheet of glass) it was too dangerous to even cool out in there. When we went inside, we had a big spook but when it was over with we were fine, then i brished her off, put on her blanket and gave her a treat, I was so happy with her, she was amasing !
