Yesterday i had my lesson, Victoria tough us because Angela is gone to Florida Anyways, first we warmed up with some walk/halt transition then we troted large for abit. After that we worked on trot/halt and then we cooled out, i brought him in gave him a treat the brought him back out to his paddock it was a good lesson

Man, if it wasn't so cold we could have done some awesome Canter transitions.
But i'm glad we didn't cause your face could've been perminantly frozen like an ice cube.

Ya that was a good lesson!! Could have been better if Josie wasn't being so annoying though! I'm not at all good on her, haven't rode her since the summer some time!

i rode Dante today after work, he was awsome ! We did pretty much a bit of every thing lol
We warmed up with some halt transitions and some 20 meter circles walk and trot in both directions. When we were both warmed up we went for a canter large then a 20 meter circle, after that we did some trot halt transitions (he was being sooo good ). So then Maria was teahing her lesson and she told me to try to do a reinback ( or something like that) i tryed it twice and it didnt exactly work out lol. Then we went for a few more canters large and cooled out bareback i brought him in and gave him a treat then put him to bed, he was sooooooo good for me today

I had a lesson today with Jess and Victoria because i had to teach during my regular lesson time. I rode Dante! Anyways i warmed up with some halt and circles and some sperpentines and a bit of trot, then we workd on going over a poll and making our horses have perfect bend and we had to idesntify if they were a "motercicle-if they leand in" or if they were a "poper-if they poped their sholder out". After we did that for a few times in each direction we did the same thing on the quarter line then went into 2 point untill we got to the end. Before we cooled out we went one at a time to do what we learned (about poping and leaning) with cantering a 20 meter circle at E, then we cent from a canter to walk and we did it twice, except for Jess who was being a circle hog j/k <3. When we were all cooled out a big oil truck came so we had to wait a while to go in (it was blocking the path) then when i went in i took off his tack,put on his halt, brushed him and stuck him in for the night i was soo happy with him, he was excelent !

Maria tought my lesson today because Angela was in Calgary ( she doesnt stop travliing !! ) lol. Anyways i rode Josie, she was being awesome during my lesson, listening everything i told her to do!We rode bareback and we warmed up with some bending and streaching but the arena was super slipery so we could do very much! then we did afew turn on the honches and turn on the forhand then we went for a little western jog, but Josie was getting to hyper on me (because she gets excited!) And i didnt want to fall off the the pure ice so i hoped on brandy ( maira was teaching on him because she was cold ) with a halter and two clip on reins and he was also good, very hyper for Brandy wich was a nice pace! we also attempeted some leg yeilds but im the worst at those so they didnt exactly work lol Then i cooled out Brandy and maira cooled out Josie and when i went back in i took off my polos and rubbed Josies legs then put her away for the night It was a good ride considdering you could probly skate on the arena.

I had my lesson today and i rode Max again!! We warmed up with w/t serpentines and 20 meter circles in both directions then Angela put down a pole and Max got superrr excited and canterd over it then started bucking until i finaly came off it looked like a bad fall but i didnt get hurt thanks to the fluffy snow Then after i got back on i just walked over the pole then i troted a few 20 meter circles then i went over the pole again and he started to canter, but this time i didnt grip so he didnt go compleatly out of controle, and i staryed on ! After that i did afew more 20 meters then i went over the pole ONE more time and he was good After that i cooled him out, brought him in brushed him , put on his blankie then put him back out in his paddock with Willouby. It was quite the learning experience, but i love Max hes a sweetie !

Haha that was the best lesson this winter for me and erin!!! Too bad Max went insane so u couldn't jump! I soooooo cant wait to show Duke in Novice, although he'll probably go insane!! Over excited pony!! haha We still have soooo much work to do, so that we're ready, but im gonna make sure they're are no more just for fun lessons!! I have to really kick it up a notch if i want to go novice!!

Stacey you're doing really great on him... now you can join in on the crazy Tb stories!! I had the same problem with Max, i'd grip going over my fences and he'd bolt, but as long as you stay loose and relaxed he's amazing. He lets you know when you do something wrong!
