Want to find out what you can do to better improve your horse's performance? How about assessing your own body. We are hoping to offer this Clinic at Clovelly for anyone interested. Price to follow. I have already attended it in Ottawa and it was Fabulous. On horse and off horse exercises to teach Body Awareness, posture, alignment & Symmetry, Stamina, Flexibility, Core Strength. Looking at the date of March 14th for this clinic and costs should be around $100 if you actually ride and get assessed and $40 if you do not ride. Will confirm date and price soon.

I just went to an Equifit clinic this weekend and wanted to say that is was excellent. I didn't ride in it this time but will for sure next time. I got more out of this clinic by watching than I have riding in several other clinics. Two thumbs up for this one!!! You guys won't be disappointed.

I guess theory is group stuff, and the riding assessment is private? I hope I'm in the province and able to ride. Wonder what suggestions she'd have for me with given my issues..

It is for all riders. A balanced rider is a balanced rider no matter what saddle.
