Resizing pictures/Other way to post them?

First question, I know how to post pictures and all that from photobucket, but are there any other ways at all that you can put up pictures? Other then just links?

And my other question: I was going tp put pictures from photobucket up, and I previwed it, and my pictures were HUGE! Is there any way I can fix this?
