So, since this was my idea, I figured I'd start one as well. 
So I had my first english lesson sunday, woulda wrote about it sooner but I had no computer access. ( Will be posting pictures in the picture section soon ! ) So, it was my first actual lesson. I rode Deets, I don't ride Dyna anymore and Sasha thinks he's the best horse for me, and we did great. We mainly focused on walk/trot, posting, 20m cirlces and steering. Overall I did really well, but not crossing over my reins as I would in western is a bit tough. :/. But overall it went well, except Deets kept randomly stopping on me. But it was a great lesson and overall I think I did pretty well, everyone did.

) , and I got first in trail class, barrels and pole bending, and I got over all high point xD Aand on sunday, I rode Speed up to CRS, like half hour ride and he was perfect. Then in the lesson, we were just walking and he was fine but when he got by the elctric fence he bolted and bucked and I fell off.. So that's pretty much it. 
So, I may get a ride in this weekend. Does anyone have any tips for me for my western two? Leg yielding, speed changes/control at the lope etc? I'm a bit rusty and any tricks are welcome
