She's very cute:)
I have to ask tho, does she ever get annoyed with the stirrups just dangling around like that? I've always been taught to keep my stirrups rolled up with the leather wrapped around and the tail tucked in!!

Sometimes when Im lunging Raven, the stirrups will fall down like that and I just leave them up. Gets them used to things moving around on their sides. Now if they were walloping him in the sides, I would put them up.,,,but usually..I just let them swing!

i find that if my stirrups just fall down i take them and cross them over at the seat, and then they just stay up there....Dream hates things banging her in the sides, shes a very sensitve horse;) lol....just a suggestion:)

So for the second day in a row I am unable to ride her. The day before yesterday her hoof got caught in a plank and I got it off ASAP however thier was still some swelling but no cuts and it wasn't serious so I put an ice pack on it and the next day the swelling was gone so I took her out to see if she was off at all (not riding her) and she was fine but this morning she is a little swollen again but not sore or tender although I am going to keep Icing it and give her a break until the swelling is compelely gone.
