Hey Amanda
Karma represents how 'nice' you are for lack of a better term. The higher the karma, the better. To raise someone's karma, click 'exalt' and to take away from their karma click 'smite'. That's the best I can explain it. maybe someone else can add?

I don't really see how it does any good whatsoever.. I think Vicky said it before, it's nothing more than a popularity contest.

^I think so too. People tend to negative karma before they positive karma. The lowest karma on the board is like negative twenty something, whereas the highest is about five. It's ridiculous.

Me too, Gill, haha. So, people let's try not to karma unless it's positive!

Byn, I know how you feel, my karma was incredibly low a while ago. I don't see what you did to ANYONE to deserve that!!

If everyone hates it so much, why don't we just get rid of it?

I find it amusing. People are just really immature. Like Mel touched on before, people obviously give negative karma before they give positive.
