Congrats to Stephanie Coates on her purchase of "Funda Marquee", a 5 y.o. black Standardbred gelding. The horse soon to be known as "Chance" was originally a racer in Quebec. Stephanie purchased him from the racetrack here and he arrived at Avalon Equestrian Center last Saturday. He was pretty skinny (we found out later it was because he had worms) and a little stiff legged, but in just a week he's already looking ten times better. He's a sweet tempered, handsome little guy, and I'll probably have some pictures up next week some time.
