Like Sports Massage for Humans, Equine Massage can greatly contribute to the general health and performance capabilities of a horse. While massage affects all of the horse's body systems, the changes most obvious to owners are in the animal's muscle tone, nervous response and general attitude. Therapeutic massage can reduce and release muscle tension - tension that is preventing your horse from performing to the maximum of its abilities. Muscle tension that is allowed to remain can progress into muscle spasm. It is at this point that serious lameness problems can begin. Therapeutic massage can reduce or eliminate muscle spasm quickly and effectively, thus reducing the amount of "down time" for your horse. Equine massage is best considered "preventative maintenance" for your horse, and you will be able to avoid more serious problems in the future. Please note that you should use Performassage in addition to good veterinary care. Clinic consists of 2 treatments. The horse is assessed in motion first either under saddle or in hand. After each treatment the horse should be ridden or exercised again to see the improvements and changes. $200 for the treatment. Please present a clean horse. It is best if the owner of the horse can be there to hold the horse if necessary as not all horses enjoy their first massage. They soon learn to love it (even spicy does!)
Riding Clinic sessions also available at the same cost. Contact eringallant@hotmail.com

I heard she was doing riding 2 lesson/clinic as well as the massage. Would that be a jumping clinic, and what is the date that she is coming down?
