As far as I know I'm entering the english schooling show in CRS on Sunday. Is there a dress code like there is for an actual show?

Showing english in a schooling show you can wear beige breeches, with feild boots or half chaps. and a polo shirt is acceptable. You can wear a show shirt and jacket but as far as I know..with my experience in schooling shows, you don't have to wear it.

Thanks Girls. I have dress pants, but no breeches. I have lots of polos too. But my biggest problem is footwear. I only have cowgirl boots.

If you don't have breeches then no worries about boots really. I'd just wear you're cowgirl boots whatever they may be, and dark pants with a nice polo. You should be fine. I'd check with who ever is organizing it too just to make sure they don't have a specific outfit in mind.

This is the first English Show that has been held on the West Coast in at least 20 years, as we have not had access to English Coaching until recently when Sasha Hutton moved to the area. I would not think that may of the riders will have breeches. Sasha did say that she expected the tack for the show to be spotless....

I talked to Sasha today. Show attire will be Breeches (if you have them), if not - black streatchy pants with Polo shirt. English boots (if you have them), if not - cowboy boot will be fine. Jacket is not required. You should probably bring a sweater in case the weather is cold. Clothes should be fitted, not baggy.
Also, there will be a free jumping clinic with Sasha on Thursday night at 6:30 pm. for those attending the English Schooling Show on Sunday. Please let me know if you are attending. Ruth
