With these levels, what do they do when you get them, do they just classify you or? And I was looking at the system, the new one, and some of those first few levels look pretty chill. Do you have to do each one of them before you advance, or can you just start at the level (or the one below) you think more appropriate?

You can start at the level that is most appropriate for you. So if you are ready to do a rider 6, you don't have to do 1-5 before that.
