Anyone know the exact directions to King's Ranch, besides being off of Bauline Line?

its on the bauline line like you said, if your taking the portical cove road way its on the right at the top of the hill on a dirt road, right underneath that giant golf ball thing . you'll see a house first when you drive in and then you'll see farm. the outside of it looks like a pig farm so don't be fooled. its beautiful on the inside

i was there yesterday with michelle and sara and its so pretty there ! we walked like most of the cross contrey coarse and it looks soo funn! i cant wait! =) the liverpool is my favorite hehe

Someone should get some pictures of the course now thats it's finished! Last time I saw it there were only two jumps up.

Does anyone know where spectators will be allowed to take pictures? Also, where are the "good" jumps (difficult, whatever you want to call it... the ones that people will be most gathered around). And one more: is it possible for spectators to move around the course so that we can get from one jump to the other while the same horse/rider pair is competing?

Is king ranch on an old dairy farm? I used to live right next to that farm. I was going to rent some of the land to keep Bonnie on...he he he then we moved.

That place is so cool though....

i don't know what time the show starts but donna says that we have to be there by 7:30 to get our numbers and tell them what classes we are in and everything.

the jumps are not high at all, the max high is 2'3

a few days ago Donna came and finished the course, the jumps are as followed

small bank (1 1/2 ft)

tire jump (the size of regular car tires)

Three telephone poles stacked in a peramid shape

brush jump

small vertical ( 18" )

and one very large ditch,
this is where your going to see your runouts. the width of the ditch is about 2 - 2 1/2 ft wide with a vertical pole over top about 2ft, and the ditch is filled with water because of all the rain we've been having. I know it doesn't sound very big, but it's pretty scarry to look at the first time you see it, But don't work yourselves up to much over it, I had Abby jumping over it this morning, and if my dumb spook can jump it anyone will.

There may be a few extra jumps added withen the next day or 2, but that's what's up there now.

I higely suggestion to tralier up the day before and have your horse going over the jumps before show day, there are still stalls left if you want to come early.
