Places to ride in or around Montreal?

We are heading up to Montreal again this summer, and I'm hoping to get some time in for me while Eric is at hockey school.

I'm looking for a place to ride within an hour of Montreal. It has to be bi-lingual because while I can understand some French, I can't speak it well. My kids are my translators.
