I stumbled across this exercise aid while browsing youtube, and I found it intriguing. Has anyone else heard of this or something like it? It's apparently scientifically proven through human resistance training. It'd probably try it! lol equicoreconcepts.com/index.html

Chels, I've used this for years. You don't need special equipment, just wrap an old polo around from girth to girth. Works very well on green horses who havent gotten "under" themselves yet. Note, white polos not the best choice...lol

So if you were using a lunging surgincle (spl?), would you just attach it to that?
Looks neat. I'd like to try that with Ted.

You could use a surcingle, old dressage pad, and buy the buckles...even take them off an old blanket. The buckle part that goes around the hind end does not look adjustable, so it should be easy to duplicate, even if you just want to try it out.
