Tried it on my horse and it does not fit. Still in the bag. Looking to see if there is anyone interested before sending it back as I am not looking forward to paying the shipping and customs charges again.

Does this blanket have a high neck, where are you located?

It does not come with the neck attachment, the neck on the blanket itself is pretty standard.I am located in St. John's!
