Wasn't it stated that if the minimal requirements for a team (one jr and one sr) could not be met, only one indevidual competitor could compete in one discipline?

Congrats.
Just wondering if there'll be fundraising held to send the team or if the NEA sends them? Or maybe some other funding? I dunno, I saw on FB that sending a team would cost $30 000 so I was just wondering if there was a fund set up to help out or what not.
And I'm just asking so I can send along a little support that's all.

Have fun guys! I'm sure you'll love it! Very disappointed that I had to pull out of competing due to school, but I wish you all the best of luck. Watch out, I know the girls on the NS dressage team and they'll give you guys a run for your money haha Take every opportunity you can and make lots of friends and connections. It's a great show, and I'm sure you'll all be fantastic!

Is Heather Kathie's daughter? Doesn't she live outside the province?

But how is that fair to NL riders?
Or is it a requirement that a rider originally be from NL?
I dunno, I'm just trying to figure this stuff out!

You are able to qualify out of province as long as you sent in a declaration form stating you were planning on competing out of province. You would have to send in show information prior to the show, (had to be CEC qualifying classes or of equal value of atleast a bronze level show i believe) and your results with show secretairy information within a week after competition. I believe it said on declaration forms that If you were qualifying for NFLD team you are not able to qualify for another team (Ex. NS or PEI) But I am not on the board anymore so wouldn't exsactly know, this is just what I know from personal knowledge
