Hello Ladies,
Klondike Night is a fundraiser that the RCMP hold each year at their headquarters on White Hills road. Every year they pick two non-profit charities to split the earnings from the night with. This year Rainbow Riders and the SPCA are the lucky charities!
Rainbow will be using the money from this fundraiser to make some much needed repairs to our barn!
If you would like to support these two awesome organizations there are lots of ways to get involved
We will be selling $5 tickets-- 1st prize is a Caribbean Cruise 2nd prize is a 55'' 3D HD Plasma TV and the 3rd Prize is $1000 in gas. If you would like to buy one of these please contact me at sarah_white27@hotmail.com We will also have tables set up at Cost Co (January 28), the Confederation Building (Feb 1) and the Avalon Mall (Feb 12) to sell these tickets.
Donations- The night of the event we will be having a silent auction,door prizes etc. For these we need to collect as many donations as possible! If you or someone you know maybe part of a business or organization that would like to donate a item it would be greatly appreciated! A tax receipt can be given for the donation.
Lastly, please tell all your friends and family about this awesome fundraiser! It will be held March 2 from 4:30pm-12:30am at the RCMP Headquarters on White Hills Rd. During the night there will be Black Jack,Crown and Anchor,Silent Auctions,Door Prize give a ways, a open bar,a band,food and much much more..............did I mention there is no charge to get in? This is a 19 and older event due to the bar.
