New NEA Award-
Horse Person of the Year
Do you know an outstanding boarder, student or barn mom?
The NEA would like to recognize someone who isn't necessarily a competitor.
Please nominate someone who deserves some recognition.
This award is presented to a person who demonstrates dedication to horses, proficiency in care and a true passion for horses.
Please send nominations to eringallant@hotmail.com with a description of why this persons deserves to win this award.
