Sorry for the delay. Prancer arrived at 2AM Saturday morning.Mike was held up at teh ferry due to high winds. He absolutely had fabulous things to say about her. She loads and unloads like a dream. She travelled very well also. I got a call from Rorie early this morning at 7AM (My time) and she said she was stalled and well rested. She was turned out all day today with Betty the pony as a companion. I had a viewing with a client out that way today and stopped in to check on her and to meet her up close. She is an absolute sweet heart. You did a fabulous job Mel.....Prancer is tucked in for the night and should be arriving at Morning Star Acres tomorow by early aftenoon along with Betty the pony who is coming here for training.
PM when you get her bridle and rain sheet down this way. I will pay the shipping charges for it to get here...
I have 4 people waiting to come see her but we do want her to settle from the long trip. I wont ride her until we get her bridle here.
I know this was very hard and Mike was going to let you know they arrived but it was late and he could not get his laptop on the internet. Running on 2 hours sleep and then nthe equine exhibition all day today he and his wife are exhausted. They were really glad to meet us and are fabulous people. Certainly going to keep in touch and watch his trailering schedule for future recommendations.
Prancer is doing well and I just wanted you to knowso you would not worry.
HUGS
I will let you know when she arrives here and continue to keep you updated.
FYI I got all her stuff....Will send the funds your way very soon.

Thanks so much for the update Gissy, like I said in my pm, it's no coincidence that we met through the saddle purchase I knew you would someday meet Prancer, I just didn't know it would be like this and that you would be helping us so much in the process.
Mike really made everything as easy as he could on me, he knew how torn up I was even though I was trying not to show it too much. He went out of his way to help me get everything ready.
Thank you both so much.
I'll ask my step dad about the bridle in the morning, it's got to be around somewhere. I'll have a loosering bit on and I'll send over her happy mouth too, your call if you want to use that or not, it's a bit splintered.

Exactly^, your putting your feelings aside to do the absolute best for her. Definitely not an easy thing to do, but good for you. Stay strong and take comfort in the fact that she'll be well loved and cared for.

It may not feel like it now but eventually you'll feel a lot better about knowing you did the right thing, it takes a REAL horseperson to do what's best for your horse even if it's not what you wanted.
