I posted the in my "cross your fingures" thread but that was getting kind of crowded so I will post it here.
Results of Josh's bloodwork came back(after 2 weeks dreading the worst and hoping for the best)...andthe reslults said *plays drumroll on desk with fingures*... Josh's Vitimin E Levels went from a terrible, almost fatal level of 32 to a much better, although still quite low, level of 100!!!!!! I nearly turned myself inside out with excitement! He is now able to start going for walks(keep your eye open for a palamino walking down the Ruby Line and feel free to stop and say hi!). The Vets said we have to be sure not t over exercise him because it could deteriorate again, so they asked us(before allowing us to walk him) how he was stand, because he could barely stand when he was at AVC... and mom said "Well, I don't really know how he's stand because he's running and bucking when he's out in the feild!" Ok so within less than a month he improved for barely able to stand for 5-10 minutes to chasing Pine and bucking when he is out side! The vets think this could be a good sign for his future!

So happy to hear he's feeling better! The thought of loosing your best friend is definitly super scary! Do you know why the vets weren't able to diagnose the vitamin deficiency here?

WONDERFUL NEWS! You guys have done a great job in getting him the treatment that he needed. What do you have to do now in order to keep his Vitamin E levels up?

thanks guys!
Karlah- Our vet clinic is only equiped with a basic bloodwork machine and for the dificancy It took a few days to run through a different bloodwork machine(better than ours).
Tammy- Josh is on 8000iu's of Vit. E everyday, this will obviously have to increase/decrease as his levels change.
