yes this course is needed for all coaching certifications and isn't offered very often.
It took this long to get it all organized i doubt there will be one next year.

yes she can do instructor mentor for english and western and coach 1 english and western mentor.

Nope no prerequisites needed. Any one can do it and of any age. It is a very interesting course about teaching and learning.
