How do you get pictures, say, from a show up on your portfolio? There are a bunch of nice ones that Chrissy took of the Canada day show that I want to put on Rudy's portfolio. Only prob is that I am hopeless when it comes to computers

first you have to upload your pictures to facebook, then take the IMG code of the picture and paste it into the thread.

Or if youdon't have Facebook, you can also use Photobucket.

You can edit your originalpost and post them there, or just post it in reply form if that's what you're asking , sorry if it's not

So you get an account on photobucket and then up load to where? I wanted to use the pictures that Chrissy took from the show, but they are allready up on photobucket, so do I upload them right from there or what?

Well you could save them to your computer and then upload them into your own account, but that is a lot of work and the best way is just to nab them off Chrissy (if she doesn't mind!). When you are looking at the picture, right click on it and select "Properties" (probably right at the bottom of the box). Look for the tag "Address (URL):", there should be a web address there. Copy the address and paste it into wherever you want to post the picture, surrounded by the tags [ IMG ] and [ /IMG ] (without the spaces).

Thanks! I managed to get the pictures up but they're tiny. Ah well. If I take pics with my camera how to I get them to the forum?

same thing, if there on your computer just upload them to photobucket the same way and so on.
