Paint Shop Pro 8
You can also use 7 and I know where I can get you a free download!

I dont know if it is possible to tell you exactly how to make one- they can get pretty complex. However!!! If you have one of the programs, go to google and do a search for (ex:) "Adobe Photoshop 2.0 Tutorials" There are LOTS of online tutorials on how to do things with various imaging programs. Try one of my friends websites, Invisus Designs at sans-amour.net/. She has some really good tutorials and will also do custom graphic work for anyone interested. If you want to know what her work is like, just look at the website - she does all her own layouts and graphics herself. Her personal domain is www.fake-wings.net |
