true true, I think there may be a lot of hidden value in the horse collection we have in the province. Personally, as long as it has a leg at each corner, I am happy. It all depends what you are looking for. Ponies and backyard horses offer the challenge of seeing what they have underneath all that fat and pony-attitude, Bigger more pricey horses offer an opportunity to compete in big shows (though ponies and other horses can do this too ) I like riding Nate because it gives me a chance to work on my riding in a more structured environment with a lot of horse underneath me. Bonnie is my best friend, trustworthy companion and comic relief when everything goes wrong.

There's a guy out here who's always got a $10-30k show horse on hand. I think he shows in St.John's sometimes. I dunno if I'd ever want to pay that much money for ahorse. Good luck finding something suitable! You can always check out prince.

Horse found
"Patches"
is our new resident schoolie, she's 14.2 hh, and about 14.2 hands wide, she's a really pudgy pony, very cute. over the next few months Lizz is going to be putting a whole lot or traning on her, so we can have a good and safe mount to teach cross country on in the spring.
She was origionally from the west coast, but her owner sadley passed away, and his horses had to be sold off.
thanks to everyone who gave us suggestions on where to look, she kinda just landed on the barn's doorstep, Literally. talk about answered prayer, she came on the same tralier Michelle's horse did. Hurray, for ponies from Heaven

Was it a Jimmy guy that had her? Sounds like the preggo mare my instructors saw when he stopped in a couple days ago. They were telling me about this cute little mare that looked like she was ready to pop! They also said he's supposed to bringing back a new horse to the barn!! I can't wait to see it! they wouldn't give me any details COngrats on the new horse! you have to post some pics!

And there's a great barn in Campleville called Tough N' Go. I'm not sure if they have a website, but I'm sure if you googled it you'd be able to find it. Actaully that barn is called Touch N' Go, not Tough N' Go. ;)here's their website www.touchngofarms.com/
