any suggestions on names??? as I have said, there is a contest for people ages 16 and under... I got more pictures also that I will post (head shots and her standing) I may post them on or may just put a link(As you have seen I am not good with posting pictures, they are always too large...) Enjoy!!

Aks-it says in the title- Cache rapids new filly!! haha So I'm hoping they know it is a girl!!!

heyyy, sorry about the lack of info! the mare is a mut(shes only about 14.2-14.3) and the father is a black QH stud. The mares name is Maggie, and I forget the studs name...she was born on Easter Monday ;D hope this helps

The filly has been named Kanika ! The winner is Megan Snow, 13 years old from Pasadena! Thanks for the name Megan, and have fun with your prize! ;D

Aww, he looks so soft and fussy and cute! ^_^ Congrats Cache Rapids! *This is random but whenever we drive past Deer Lake I always look for the Cahce Rapids sign haha and i'm like oooo there's horses around here!  |

Kanika- black in an egyptian language.
Cache Rapids is located at the end of Reidville!
At Deer Lake, exit Route 1 (Trans Canada Highway) to Route 435 North (Viking Trail).
Exit Route 430 to Reidville (first road on right).
Drive 6 ½ km. on Reidville Road (main road).
Cache Rapids Stable is located at the end of Reidville Road (255 Reidville Road). Directional signs are posted.
