woah woah woah Ladies- Hold your horses!
I'm not riding, I'm supposed to be mentoring this to get hours for my instructor....I might not actually be mentoring tho as 1)I havent ridden in forever and am not ready to do my rider level 6 test and 2) I'm too poor to do my nccp.. haha so getting my EC Instructor looks less likely the closer this gets. We'll see.. I'm waiting to hear from Liz!

i'm bowing down out of it.. deffinitly not enough time to get ready for it (only started jumping agian 2 sundays ago? poor boy would die with an accual workout ) and rather not chance it. i might be there with my cameras  watch out for the paperatzi |

Here's the schedule for the three days:
Day 1
9am- Introduction,Gymnastic distances and design
10am- Gymnastic set up
11am- Jumping tack & equipment
12pm- Lunch and rider videos (rider position)
1pm- Group 1: ride, Group 2: jump crew, Group 3: trim
2pm- Group 1: trim, Group 2: ride, Group 3: jump crew
3pm- Group 1: jump crew, Group 2: trim, Group 3: ride
4pm- Video of lesson
Day 2
9am- Course Design (Hunter),Group design
10am- Set and walk course
11am- Conditioning
12pm- Lunch and videos (disciplines)
1pm- Group 1: ride, Group 2: jump crew, Group 3: Horse Check
2pm- Group 1: Horse Check, Group 2: ride, Group 3: jump crew
3pm- Group 1: jump crew, Group 2: Horse Check, Group 3: ride
4pm- Video of lesson
Day 3
9am- Course Design (Jumper),Group design
10am- Set and walk course
11am- Braiding or bandages
12pm- Lunch and Lesson Videos
1pm- Group 1: ride, Group 2: jump crew, Group 3: Bandage/Braid
2pm- Group 1: Bandage/Braid, Group 2: ride, Group 3: jump crew
3pm- Group 1: jump crew, Group 2: Bandage/Braid, Group 3: ride
4pm- Jumping Quiz

I think Liz is going to tell us our groups tomorrow morning. That's all part of the introduction  As far as I know there's no more than 10 people coming. |

Hi Everybody,
Thanks to everybody who helped send around schedules and such while I was out of town for a week.
I am back and everything is a go for Saturday. We are not "married" to the schedule or topics, this is just a tentative outline and we may change as the camp goes.
Looking forward to seeing you all this weekend!

YAY!!!!! I'm SOOOOO happy you got in ok Liz Can't wait for it to start!!!!! Yesterday I made sure that all my saddle pads matched my riding outfits, which, of course, match what type of jumping we are doing that day ;D LOL!!!! |
