Hi Again! ;D I'm looking at starting a Newfoundland & Labrador chapter of the AQHA or at least a club. Your horse would have to be papered to become a member...and I'd like to see a few quarter horse classes at our local shows seeing how there are so many QH's here now...and the interest in showing is booming... If there's any interest please post... FEBRUARY 8/07 UPDATE: A LETTER HAS BEEN SENT TO THE AQHA REQUESTING THAT THE PROVINCE OF NL, HAVE AFFILIATE STATUS WITH THE AQHA, AND AS WELL HAVE PERMISSION TO HOST A QH POINTS SHOW HERE THIS SUMMER...ALL I NEED IS A HOST BARN  SOMEWHERE IN CENTRAL HOPEFULLY SO WE CAN ALL BENEFIT! I'LL KEEP YOU POSTED ;D |

I also support the idea, but alas....I have a warmblood not a quarter horse  I'll be cheering for Roy Boy and Nick tho, you know for sure! |

Angela Tulk has two horses which are registered with the AQHA, Haddy Poco Bueno and High Point Brandy.

Sorry I forgot Dante! Willies Little Dante is also AQHA, I think he is registered but I am not 100%.

I think it's a great idea, although I don't have a registered QH, I'd be interested in helping aout and I'd be supportive of it. |

Ditto to Emily, I would definitely be willing to help out with any future stuff out here on the west coast.
I know a few people out here who have QHs who would be interested, Maggie Samms especially. I'd say the Murphys would join in too if you had actual QH classes that counted towards points etc. Bern Staebens (sp) too, and Susan Battstone.
I'm sure theres more!
