OK, here we go. When you are reading this, don't panic if you see anything of concern. Just send me a PM and I'll get things sorted out.
Based on the cost estimate we have had to increase the cost of the sessions to $65 per person. This will cover two one hour semi-private sessions. Anyone wishing to audit will be asked to make a $10 donation which will be given to the Hopeall Horse Sanctuary. Here is where your money will be going:
Gas $200
Hotel $214 (breakfast is included)
3 days lunch and supper X 2 pers $240
Total $654
Here is the list of people that we have so far. Everyone is asked to re-confirm that they will be participating and at which location:
Cloverdale - Emily & Red, Robyn & Sabrina
Kings - Nat & Sid, Michelle & Nick, Sarah & Rudy
Equine Meadows - Kelly & Champ, Maria & Bueno
SCS - Hilaryn & Clay, Anne-Marie & Roy
ABC - Tammy & Thunder
These numbers work out really well for semi-private lessons.
Payment will be required in advance (so that I don't get stuck paying for people that didn't show up). $65 must be paid by 5 Mar. The would ask that the following people be responsible for collecting the money from the other people at their barn:
Cloverdale - Emily
Kings - Nat
EM - Kelly
SCS - Anne-Marie
I can then make arrangements to pick up the fees from these people. That'll make it as painless as possible! As well, could those people identified check their arena schedules to let me know what times are available? I'll then do my best to arrange the timings around the arena schedules and personal work schedules (oh my friggin' nerves!). The sooner I get this info, the sooner we can get a schedule done. We're also going to work in a dinner so that we can all get together in a warm environment.

Maria also works on Sundays and will probaly be unable to attend early sessions Sunday...
