Excellent point about clearing it with the barns and ensuring that people can get arena time (if there's an arena). I can't see a huge problem as each person is being "done" individually so we don't need room for a group.
What we'll do is, as soon as we confirm the date we'll contact everyone one who is participating, and discuss with them the requirements (if any) to reserve arena time at their barn.
If anyone thinks of any other things that need to be addressed, please bring them forward. The sooner we can work out the initial details the better. That way we'll only need to confirm things a week before the actual clinic.

HIlary, why wouldn't you just stay a your own barn? It'll be easir, and it's pretty stupid going to another barn even though Shelly is going to your barn.

because really i would feel kinda stupid staying at my barn, with only one other person there, and plus clay needs to get used to travling, its the PERFECT oppertunty!  lol |

personally i don't like traveling with my horse during the winter months. but i wouldnt know if its only a short distance....but i wouldnt wanna go a long distance in the winter icy conditions...and the fact of a new horse in a new enviroment with ice everywhere

I am just making a suggestion to hilaryn. If you are coming up to King Ranch for the clinic I suggest getting one of the girls that are from KR and are doing the clinic to tell Jason that the clinic is actually happening. They can also tell him that someone from somewhere else may be coming in (you). From what I gather, I don't think that Jason has heard about the clinic yet, so make sure he knows and then give him a call. It will save you a long confusing conversation. Good Luck!
