i think she means that you have to plan things and make sure its going ahead because trying to fix things last minute really sucks and they wont be doing it.
you can still go to kings, jus make sure everything is planned.

OK, now don't everyone get all worked up here. I just want to stress the point of not leaving things to the last minute. For example, if you say you are going to trailer to Kings and your appt is for 10 am on Sat. Sat morning the weather isn't good so you call at 9 am and say you can't make it to Kings. You can't expect everyone else's timings to change at the last minute because of an individual situation.
By the same token, if Shelly was going to your "home barn" for others then it's highly likely that something could be worked out to have your session at your "home barn".
The bottom line is that at my age I try to avoid stress and drama so I (we the organizers) would really appreciate everyone putting some thought in to their plans and thereby demonstrate a high level of committment, which will make things more fun for everyone.
We'll try our best to accommodate everyone. Firm locations don't need to be determined until two weeks before the sessions (and that date hasn't been firmed up yet). So don't panic ... "Wait and Shoot" is what we say in the army!

Just wondering if you guys had cleared the clinic with owners/managers of the barns you intend to go to. Didnt know if you had thought about that. I know at Southern there are always lessons going on in the arena, so just wanted to make sure you guys discussed with with Jim. Wouldnt want you to be disappointed! If you already have, just ignore my post

I doubt other barns will have a problem with someone comming in and teaching, I've had coaches come teach me at King's and Cloverdale..

Yeah, but I think Vicky's point is that you want to make sure you have a time to do the sessions, and not just assume you do, considering at all the barns, with the exception of Barb's, there are lessons going on all the time.
