I've been in contact with western coach Joey Sampson, who's a family friend. She's interested in comming down for a clinic sometime in February or March. She's a western coach, but also shows and trains english horses. www.geocities.com/cefcoachjoIm waiting to hear back weather she'd prefer to have the clinic at one barn, or if she'll travel to other's. We're hoping to have 4 hour and a half lessons per day, with 3 people in a group. Right now this is only a rough estimate, But for 3 sessions, for an hour and a half each, it'll be about $180 The price may go down if there are enough people. But that's worst case scenario! If you require any more information, please contact me!

Emily, would this be a western clinic or would she coach some English sessions? I may be interested if it's at King and some people want to get an English group together...

here's the latest, it answer's most of your questions!
Hi Emily!
I don't mind teaching people that are in English tack as long as they realize I'm not an English coach. I wouldn't teach them any different than the western riders. And depending on if and when it goes it might be easier for me to do a two day instead of a three day but we can discuss that further at a later time. As for travelling, it would be best if we held the clinic at one facility. Start at 9am and do two classes then break for lunch and start again at 1pm with two more classes. Hopefully people will be able to haul to one of the facilities. Keep me posted. My phone number is 902-825-2396 if you need to call.
Take care, Joey
