I went to watch, but I had a brain fart and didn't get there till like 1pm, so I saw Samantha and Loverboy's last two tests, and Robyn and Freddy. All quite nice if I do say so myself. I wish I'd gone earlier, just used to our shows that go until like midnight it seems sometimes, ha.

Gill - Robyn and Freddy did really well!! And I think the clinic went well afterwards. You'd have to ask someone from Rainbow for details but I saw Robyn after the show and both her and her parents were really pleased on how it went!! Hopefully we'll see more therapeutic riders now at the shows. I know that Andrew showed a few years ago with Roy and now Robyn, soooo it's looking good!!

It was really nice to see Rainbow gettng involved in the NEA shows, she was really brave to be the only theurputic rider there, that took guts, will there be anyone else compeating the the Hunter show?

Danielle- our riders only do dressage, but we're hoping to get our competitive team out to more shows in the next season. Biz is right, Andrew Furneaux showed Roy two years ago when I had Roy out to the nea provincials (fell off three times in one week that show hah)
The biggest difficulty for our riders is mounting. I'm not sure how they did it today with Robyn, but generally speaking, we need a mounting block that is about 3 or 3 and half feet off the ground, along with 3 or 4 people, just to get the rider on!
We're all really proud of Robyn (and Andrew too when he got out) and hopefully more of our riders can get out to the shows next season!

I thought she did really well. I think it's a great thing, Rainbow Riders, a really really neat thing, and for them to be able to get out to shows is awesome.
