Nope. Unless you're 18 by Jan 1st, meaning you'd have to be 18 by the end of this year..

In order to be Senior for the 2007 showing season, you must be 18 by January 1st, 2007. That is, like, 4 months away? So in essence- if you turned 18 this year (or will before new years) then you're a senior in the 07 show season
At least thats how i always understood it

Yeah I think Gill has it right! I've got one more year junior, so I guess I'll b showing Jr Advanced for one more year!

soo just out of curiosity seenin how i probelly wont be showin till i can find sumthin to ride, if u turn 18 but have never shown, would you still have to get in senior, or is it depending on the horse you ride?hahah sry hope that makes sense,....

If you're 18 by January 1st 2007, you have to go in Senior classes in this comming show season

If youre 18 you have to be senior (as long as youre 18 by Jan.1st of that year). Has nothing to do with the horse The classes are divided into regular or advanced. Generally the people who are riding a greener horse, or dont have much show experience will enter the regular division.

the first year i was a senior was scary...they didnt have the sr regular and sr advance...just seniors...and i was going against my coaches!!!

ya it was intimidating...but the best feeling ever..was canada day show 05 dressage me+whisper doing our 1B test....1st place over jane williams+loverboy...i was surprized..majorly=)
