The big family vacation is planned somewhere between July 17-August 6, and the trip this year is out to Central/Western Newfoundland. I was wondering if there are going to be any shows during this time, and if so, where they're going to be held? I would love to be able to leave the campsite and see one if possible. =)

I dont know of any shows that take place out in central/western, however there are lots of barns you could visit that are out that way!

The best person to talk to in that department would be Shelly Hoyles or Ruth Story. Im sure you know Shelly, she's on ARF. She owns Willow And Ruth Story is the horse and pony correspondent for the west coast I think. They're all up on that, seeing how their from there!  |

I dunno about central.. Adventure might have one.. i doubt it though.. there's always show's out west..

Deer Lake is where all the western/central shows take place, I heard theres a bit of shows out there. When I went out to stephenville for track and field provincials, my billiter owned two horses, and she was telling me the show circuit around there and in central are in deer lake. I think she said somestuff goes on at cache rapids too!

Man, I didn't know there were horse shows so close to where I live in Ramea! Dude, maybe I can get into Cache Rapids for a camp just before school re-opens this year ^_^

uggh school.. I never want the summer to end.. who's with me! haha I still have a lot of things planned I have to get on.. H, hopefully you can get to a camp! Deer Lake is about 2 hours from Botwood (hour and a half from Grand Falls Windsor which is dead central) |
