it's because they want people to know how to use their products, they want the person buying it to talk to an actual representative of their product. in order for the nzymes to work properly they have to be used properly and the right mixture has to be used for certain ailments - a step by step formula basically. to better ensure the customer gets the full benefit they don't allow online selling or advertising of their products on retailers websites. if your dog/cat/horse/etc has an ailment and someone walks into our store, that's the only way i can tell them about nzymes, this way they are fully explained to how to use them and the amount of time their pet has to be on them, etc
there is a reason for it, huge pain not being able to promote an awesome product but it does make sense in a way

I understand the explanation side of it .... but its hard to actually sell a product if you cant promote it properly! People might never know you had it and might buy elsewhere or another product! haha
I have to say, everything I know about it (in terms of usage or even knowing it existed!) has come by word of mouth and reading their website.......

Krista that is a good reason, but you can buy it from the nyzmes website directly...

yupp, but that's the only online place you can. the reasoning for them selling it online is because all the information about the products is on their site, or all the correct information i should say and if it's not the buyer will call the company directly not a retailer
