Interest check: Erin MacQuarrie Dressage Clinic

Hi everyone,

I'm just in the very beginning stages of discussion on bringing an acquaintance down from New Brunswick for a weekend dressage clinic sometime this fall/winter. If there is enough interest she would also be interested in continuing to come here on a scheduled basis as well.

Here's a little information on the clinician:
Erin MacQuarrie is a certified Level 2 Coach out of Norton, New Brunswick. She has lots of experience both training and developing horses from start to FEI Levels, as well as competing at Grand Prix levels with her horse as well as clients.

Erin operates her own training facility and clientelle, and also trains under the very successful Denielle Gallagher Legriffon.

Presently, I'm looking to organize this clinic strictly out of Clovelly, but the more the merrier so if anyone outside of Clovelly and/or wouldn't have the option to trailer to Clovelly, is interested please state your circumstances and hopefully we have enough interest and time to accommodate those who wish to benefit from this clinician.

Unfortunately, however, this clinic will only be available to those in and around the St. John's area only due to time restraints. As mentioned before, if enough interest exists, Erin would come back for a number of clinics at which point we could explore the idea of offering local clinics to those in central and the west coast.

All,

We’ve finally narrowed down a date/dates for the Erin MacQuarrie Clinic to be held at Clovelly this winter. We intend to bring Erin in for the weekend of January 28th, and again mid-March (date will be decided at a later date).

For those of you who are interested in attending this clinic, please inbox message me your contact information (email address/phone number) so that as I gather more information I can send it along to you.

At the moment there is no estimated cost for the clinic. This final cost will depend on the cost of flights to bring Erin here to Newfoundland. We have yet to schedule her flight(s) at this time as we’ve just agreed upon a suitable date for the first clinic. This is the sort of information and I can pass along to those who are interested via e-mail as I am able to organize it all. I can assure you, however, that the clinic will not be priced outrageously, and will be similar to most all clinics we’ve held in recent past.

This clinic is open to riders outside of the Clovelly Stables Community, so please identify any concerns about trailering, etc. to the location via e-mail once I’ve contacted you all. I can forward any and all questions to Erin Gallant, and hopefully we can address all concerns, inquiries and issues accordingly.

As I said, this is just the beginning stages of the organization of this series of clinics, so please be patient with me. I will keep you posted on all stages of the organization and planning of this clinic as we go along. I understand that people from outside Clovelly will have to schedule and coordinate for themselves for trailering, stabling, etc. therefore I will try to finalize all details as quickly as possible so that we can look forward to enjoying the clinic! It will be well worth it as Erin is a great asset to have, and an knowledgeable rider and coach to work with!
