I'm not sure about Jenny's coaching levels, but from my understanding she is a certified judge which, in my opinion, is really refreshing. I took lessons from an FEI judge in Ottawa and it's really nice to step away from the "coaching" side of clinics, and see it all from the view of a judge. Even if competitive riding isn't your goal, it still really gives you a new outlook on how your horse should be properly working, as well as yourself. I think equitation is one of her stronger points too, which is something, I think, we all tend to let go a little when we're focused so much on training our animals. I think this would be a great opportunity - not to mention it's a new clinician in the area that we should all take advantage of while we can!

I was only really wondering if she could test for rider level 6.

I don't think that's the purpose of this clinic but I'm sure Carol could answer whether or not she is (although I'm sure it would have been advertised with her qualifications if she was).

Just want to comment on the judge comment that biz made. Our Lyle clinic was a huge success last summer and I believe that everyone learned allot from it. Haven't seen so many people stick around till the end just to watch! Haha. But besides the point he is an aqha world judge and just a wealth of information and it's nice to chat to someone about what they are watching and looking for second you enter the ring. Not to mention brought a completely different take to the province! Hope people start taking advantage of people being brought to the province, support each other with an open mind and get a chance to work there horses with a different voice

I'm sure it would have been advertised with her qualifications if she was). Yeah, that's what I guessed, just thought I'd ask. And the dates on this clinic are passed (April 2nd and 3rd). I'm more interested in her, outside of Embarr, and clinics and such.

We just realized the new dates clashed with the dressage show and clinic. Jenny had hoped to have more clinics this summer, but she is showing and judging throughout Canada and the U.S. all summer. For those of you who asked if Jenny could travel to other barns, unfortunately, our instructors and coaches are covered under Embarr's equine insurance policy, which only applies if they are on our premises.
