Gymkhana club

Hey everyone,
i was thinking about starting up a Gymkhana club!! but I need to know if anyone would be interested!! All i would like is to have some fun shows every year!!

Games: keyhole
Barrel racing
Egg & spoon races
Ride a buck(this is a bareback class)-you are given monopoly money and you have to ride around bareback and if you lose your money you lose the game the last person with the money wins!
lemonade race-in this race you have to go to the other end as fast as you can, drink the lemonade as fast as you can and back to where you started first one done wins!
cracker and whistle race- race to the other end of the arena and eat 3-4 crackers and then try to whistle, first one to finish wins!
.......and many more

If you know of any other games please let us know, don't worry it just be for fun and don't even have to be a member of any other club just enter to enjoy!!

for the safety of riders we decided we are only going to do timed races! if you are interested please let us know!

Danielle, I think this is an awesome idea!
To bad I don't own my own horse, so I can't participate in the races games =(

thats a great idea , you could do and instanity race there pretty funny basicaly your on a team some one rides down pulls out a pice of paper for a bag or what ever and what ever it says you gotta do it could be sing happy b day to some one , do a dance , hug so many people anything like that we do it at CSR every week!

haha thanks!! oh man i can't wait to have the races pine was nuts today when i took him up around the barrel and back! he did it in 11:90 secs!

Well, October 9th and 10th is the Pink ribbon show, so I wouldn't suggest that weekend. And maybe the weekend after people would want to relax, but the 23rd and 24th don't sound bad.
