PRANCER Update Pictures Added.News

Prancer arrived at Morning Star Acres this past saturday May 8th 2010

She settled in right away and was a trooper. She has hoped on bareback and never flinched and later in the day we tacked her up for a light ride in our riding ring. Nothing fizzed her at all.

A wonderful family came to view her yesterday who had been anxiously awaiting her arrival to NB> Now bare in mind she arrived way sooner but was on lay over in Truro as we wanted her to settle some before another trailering trip to NB.

The family has stated they are arranging to get pmt to us for Mel (Sweet September) and that she will board here at our place until we can arrange trailering.
Prancer will reamin locally where I can stop in and visit her.

She has a wonderful home comng where she will be a companion and light riding horse for the family. Prancer demonstrated her talent under saddle for the family and they were totally amased with her.

I will update more as it comes available . I do have some real neat pictures of her.

We had approved 6 families for Prancer and the first of all 6 approved were the first ones that wanted to come see her.....

I wanted to wait to get their name to post so I could congratulate them. I'm stoke she's gonna be close to you and as soon as she arrives at their place you'll have my full hearted testimony, you've been nothing but a friend to Prancer and I since I met you years ago. Knowing also that if anything went wrong she'd be right back with you in a heartbeat also reassures me. Congrats to Prancer's new family, where she'll have a whole family to fawn over her like she so deserves!

Mel I know how much prancer means and still means to you and I knew I could help. She will be so loved....I did not send the owner's name and don't want them posted for privacy reasons.

If anyone wants to get a card together and send them the congrats is fine. Mel has my address and I will be sure to send it to them....

Prancer is in heat and flirting away with Chard ur 25 year old gelding from across the fence. She is so sweet and cute.
I took a real nice pic of her and my son just having fun together last night and I will certainly get a nice little something put together for you mel......She is plump and I am sure you will be surprised on her size in a such a short time frame.....She is a great mare and you are also a great friend and I am glad I could help you out during this hard time and assure the outmost best home for Prancer.

Great news! The new family is going to really enjoy Prancer.

Prancer went on a trail ride yesterday and what a fabulous mare she is...My son roder her through water puddles nad even went to our water hole for a swim. wateris cold but walked right in up to her chest and loved it.Truly work well done from Mel.

She is with the gelding and our other mare now and is doing fabulous. She knows the routine well.

I do have lots of pics and when I get a few moments I will post them up for everyone to see.

I am uploading new pics this week-end and will get them posted for everyone to see how fat and plump and fabulous she is....She is being trailered to her new home this saturday..The family are anxious to get her home........They are truly in love with her...
Fun thing is that she will only be 35 minutes away from me and I can stop in anytime to see her.....

Mel it could not have been more perfect. mailing funds to you Monday once I received it and they have made a cashier cheque with your name on it for your asking price....

I take nothing for this but the price of knowing another job well done.

Mel now you can shed tears of joy....KNowing she is in a great fabulous home where we can do follow ups and check in on her and even help the new owners.....

prancer's future pasture mate is a rescued TB mare from Ontario who was severely underweight and destined for the dreaded meat market (i beleive) her name is galaxy.......
The family wanted to wait until she was nursed to health (waited 1 year) for her to have a pasture friend. This family is fabulous and I also look forward to the updates.
