does anyone know if we will need an Equine Canada Sports LIcence to participate in shows this year? They have extended the date to renew, otherwise you pay a $20 late fee on top of the cost. I think NFLD was one of few provinces that kind of stepped away from Equine Canada and changes they were trying to make.....anyone know the scoop?
